Where is your clinic?
Our clinic is in Kuala Lumpur, in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. As soon as you book your first appointment, you will automatically receive the clinic's address by email. Please check your spam folder in case you don’t see this confirmation email!
What are your clinic hours?
Our working (consultation and treatment) are available on Mondays from 10am to 1pm, Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 10pm, Wednesdays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm.

When is the best time to come with my pet to the clinic?
The "bests time" is simply when a time slot suits you. Find available time slots on the calendar at this link. The booking system is accessible to you 24/7.
As an appointment-only clinic we require you to book an appointment for your pet at this link .
At Asia Paws we value time. Keeping to appointment times allows you and your pet to relax without the fear of wasted time for waiting. No rushed consultations by rushed staff. However, follow up treatments are for - you guessed it - treatments. If you have questions, we encourage you to email Dr. Susanna at susanna@asiapaws.com. All queries will be replied within two working days.
What is your clinic’s telephone number?
For admin related queries and booking related issues send a message to 018.2734110. Expect a reply within working hours (see above).
Please remember that we don’t answer to phone calls. This is our way to avoid an interruption of ongoing consultations and treatments.

Where do I park?
We provide two parking spaces outside our clinic premise and the immediate neighboring place (house no 9). There are also parking lots available nearby. Please be considerate to our neighbors and do not obstruct their driveways.
Which shop lot is your clinic?
The clinic is NOT located in a shop lot but in an interlinked house. You receive our detailed address automatically after booking your first appointment with us at this link. Note, that the automated confirmation email with the clinic address also confirms your booking! If you don’t receive this email, send a message to 018.2734110 so that admin can help you!
Do you provide routine veterinary care like vaccinations, blood tests or surgeries?
As a specialised holistic / natural veterinary care practice we don't provide "conventional" veterinary services such as surgeries, vaccinations, prescriptions of pharmaceutical drugs, X-rays, Ultrasound and blood laboratories.
Do you make house calls?
Due to the sheer workload in the clinic, Dr Susanna is NOT able to provide house call services at this time. If you’re having trouble transporting your pet, we recommend you look for Pet Taxi services or Pet Transporters.
When did you start Asia Paws in Malaysia?
Asia Paws has been established as a provider for natural veterinary medicine with focus on IVAS (internationally) certified acupuncture treatments for pet dogs and cats in 2008.
We are proudly the first and so far ONLY dedicated holistic natural veterinary practice in Southeast Asia, specialising in and focusing solely on natural Western (homeopathy, herbal) and Traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture and herbal medicines for pets.
Are there any additional charges?
Aside from prescribed (and discussed) natural remedies, there are no additional charges aside from your prepaid consultation/treatment.
As Malaysia’s only professionally dedicated veterinary clinic using acupuncture, Trigger Point Treatments, Traditional Chinese herbs, homeopathy and other natural remedies we treat dogs, cats and house rabbits with the following chronic, degenerative or age-related health problems
Allergies
Arthritis
Liver disease
Chronic and recurring infections (of ears, urinary bladder, gastrointestinal system)
Support heart disease patients
Support cancer patients
