A Balanced Diet...
The basis for health is a balanced diet. In reality we don’t measure our daily intake of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and minerals but we instinctively know that a variety of natural foods provides us with everything we need.
Living off “balanced biscuits and/or canned stew” isn’t something that is natural neither to us nor to animals. How would you feel if, day in day out, your diet consisted of only biscuits? How would you feel if you had to eat pre-cooked “stew”, straight from the can, every day? Where is the “balance” in that?
